Arrangement options

Theatre style

Only chairs arranged in rows facing the screen and the presenter, providing up to 60 seats.

The advantages are maximum capacity and an optimal position to the presenter and the screen. This is a suitable configuration for conferences, presentations, screenings, lectures, meetings of collective bodies, and other large corporate events where the focus is on the speaker and/or the screen.

By prior request, the chairs can be equipped with small folding tables for taking notes, placing a cup, tablet, phone, or other small items.

Presentation

The configuration resembles that of the “round” table, but the tables are not arranged in a closed rectangle; instead, they are set up in a U-shape, open towards the screen and the presenter.

The optimal capacity is around 20–30 seats, but it could be increased to about 40 seats by adding two more rows of chairs and placing additional seating along the inner sides of the tables along the length of the hall.

A suitable configuration for presentations that focuses on both the screen and the presenter, while at the same time providing excellent opportunities for taking notes, using laptops and tablets, maintaining visual contact, and facilitating communication between participants, unlike the theater-style arrangement, which is mainly aimed at achieving higher capacity.

Training Room

Tables with one or two chairs, providing a capacity of 25 or 50 seats respectively.

The advantages are maximum comfort and focus on the speaker and the screen, as well as convenience when using a laptop, tablet, and taking notes.

Suitable configuration for lectures and courses that require higher concentration and extended work sessions.

Parallel business meetings

Tables facing each other for parallel business meetings in 1-1, 2-2 or 3-3 format, with a capacity of up to 25–30 seats.

A suitable configuration for so-called "fast business meetings," where attendees in the room meet in groups for a relatively short time, present their businesses to one another, exchange contacts, and then the groups are rearranged.

With this arrangement, the capacity is relatively limited, but its advantages are the close face-to-face contact, which ensures easy communication, as well as the possibility to hold numerous effective meetings in a short period of time.

"Round" table

Tables arranged in a rectangular shape, providing capacity for up to 36 participants seated only on the outside.

The advantages are excellent visual contact and a focus on verbal communication between the participants.

A suitable configuration for discussion-type events such as a “round table”, as well as meetings of various collective bodies, where a screen presentation is not required or at least the focus is not on the screen.

Networking/Cocktail

High cocktail tables and open areas for movement, without seating. Several tables by the walls can be used for catering purposes.

A suitable configuration for networking events and various informal gatherings.

In addition to the increased capacity of up to about 60 visitors, the advantages include a dynamic atmosphere that enables numerous contacts and easy communication.

Empty Hall

If none of the six options above are suitable for your event, the hall is provided empty to you.

It can be arranged in a configuration of choice using the available furniture, multimedia, and sound system.
