New 130 m² hall available for hourly/daily rental, furnished and equipped for trainings, seminars and other events, located on the ground floor at 7009 Ruse, 34 Tutrakan Blvd. (Eastern Industrial Zone). The hall has central air conditioning and ventilation, WiFi internet, and is equipped with a projector, large screen, laptop, microphones, speakers, and flexible furniture layout options depending on the type of event.

up to 60 seated places with chairs only;
up to 50 seated places at classroom tables;
up to 36 seated places for seminars;
up to 50–60 standing guests with cocktail table arrangement.
Private Outdoor Parking
up to 15 parking spaces during working hours;
up to around 40 parking spaces outside working hours;
possibility for free parking also near the building.

Ladies’ and men’s restrooms with an anteroom. Direct access to an outdoor smoking area.
